At Wayroo, I helped cut order time in half. At Garmin, I overhauled the support center to reduce call volume and boost self-service.

I lead with strategy, move fast from 0 → 1, and collaborate well across teams—from mentoring designers to working closely with developers and stakeholders.

When I’m not designing, I’m probably outside smoking BBQ or mixing up a cocktail.
